This is the 34th time that the Salzburg Craftmanship Award has been presented by the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce at the House for Mozart. The Salzburg Crafts Award is intended to recognize outstanding achievements by tradespeople and craftspeople. “This means that all trades and crafts are addressed, because there are outstanding achievements in every field.”, emphazises devision chairman KommR Josef Mikl.
This year Pagitsch GesmbH was among the winners of the Salzburg Craftmanship Award for the second time. With the excellently executed wooden slat constructions, cooling and acoustic ceilings, as well as metal ceilings and the whole dry construction work at the *****Wellnesshotel Krallerhof in Leogang, we were able to achieve the 3rd place in this year´s Salzburg Craftmanship Award.
“Without our ambitious and motivated employees, some of whom have been with us for a very long time, the implementation of such a complex an challenging project would not be possible. We would like to take this opportunity to once again thank all of our employees who were involved in the project, from the organisation, to the planning, production and finally the successful implementation on site.”, says junior chef Christian Pagitsch.
In 2015 we were awarded the Salzburg Craftmanship Prize for the first time for the project “Restaurant Steirereck” in Vienna and took 2nd place.
The Salzburg Craftmanship Award is based on the quality of the professional craftsmanship, the innovative strength and the marketability of the product or object. Only work completed in the year of the competition or the previous year is eligible for the competition. Companies that have ther headquarters in Salzburg and a valid trade license in the trade and crafts division of Salzburg Chamber of Commerce are eligible to participate.
