The time has finally come … a Wine&Dine series is starting for the first time this year in the Goldader restaurant in the middle of the Lungau mountains in Salzburger Land - truly a concept for connoisseurs. On selected eventings you have the opportunity to enjoy carefully selected fine Austrian wines, personally presented by renowned wineries in Austria.
Ein multicourse 2-awarded menu with unique culinary delights, created by chef Edgar Erlacher, combined with perfectly matched wines from top Austrian winemakers, guarantee a taste experience at the highest level. The sorrounding of the Lungau mountains already prepare you for the culinary journey to Alpine cuisine. All dishes are based primarily on local and home-grown ingredients. Edgar gives his dishes the finishing touches with herbs from the in-house herb garden on the 360° panoramic roof terrace.
