Modern architecture and changing working practices, such as the elimination of filing cabinets due to “paperless office” have resulted in increasingly spartan interior design. Hard, reverberating surfaces lead to increasingly poor room acoustics, making it increasingly stressful to be in them. Acoustic systems regulate reverberation and thus reduce background noise in the room - creating a pleasant spatial experience.
During the “StoSilent acoustic training” seminar at the headquarters of Sto in Baden-Württemberg, our employees were given a solid foundation in the theoretical principals of room acoustics. In addition an overview of the application of Sto acoustic systems and their performance was provided, along with numerous tips for installers.
The focus of the 3-day pracitcal training was:
- theory of room acoustics, its effects and impact
- funktionally meets aesthetics - design options for improving room acoustics
- overview of the current Sto acoustic systems and their areas of application - StoSilence Distance C (from the lower layer to the final coating), StoSilent Miral AP, StoSilent Direct
- valueable tips from professionals for system installation
To stay up-to-date for our customers and offer the best possible solutions for individual projects, we regularly undertake further training. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Sto Ghttps://www.sto.at/s/es.m.b.H for this informative, and above all, practical seminar.
