Women have always played an important role at Pagitsch. The lack of skilled workers and the lack of infrastructure in the field of childcare were also decisive factors that prompted manager Rupert Pagitsch to install an in-house childcare facility fifteen years ago. Today, twentiy educationasts and assistents look after around 100 children five days a week form 07:00 am till 07.00 pm. Flexible working time models and home office jobs as well as on-site childcare support women in the working world and at the same time create flexibility, security and closeness. A symbiosis of work and private life ensures good and satisfies workers to the advantage of everyone - the employees and the company.
