Among others, GUPharma benefited from these advantages when they commissioned the construction of a new office building and warehouse in 2022.

COMBINATION OF PRIMARY MEDICAL BRANDS AND MARKETING

Founded a few years ago, GUPharma is both a pharmaceutical manufacturer and a marketing agency. Together with interested pharmacies, they brand private label products and implement strategies to market these products effectively. The Lungau-based company's medical services include a ready-made product range, but they also continuously develop new products in collaboration with their clients. Their pharmaceutical focus is on herbal dietary supplements.

In the marketing sector, GUPharma offers point-of-sale materials such as posters, brochures, and catalogs. They also promote private label products on social media and their website. Upon request, they can also refresh the corporate design of their pharmacy partners.

ALUCOBOND FACADE AND ACOUSTIC CEILING

The concept was a success from the start: GUPharma grew rapidly, the company now employs more than 20 people, and its balance sheet total increased year after year. But modern pharmaceutical products and modern marketing also require a modern office building. Here, the managing directors, Tanja Studer and Michael Guggemos, found the perfect partner in Pagitsch.

The experienced construction company opted for an Alucobond facade with light slots for striking effects inside the building. Alucobond is a strong yet flexible material. The composite panel consists of two aluminum sheets and a core made of various materials (depending on the design). It can be shaped in many ways and clings to the building structure like a second skin.

In addition to the facade, Pagitsch's team installed an acoustic ceiling in the parking area.

A HOME GAME FOR PAGITSCH

The project at GUPharma was, quite literally, a home game for Pagitsch. The pharmaceutical company's new office is located just a few meters or a minute's walk from the headquarters of this leading Lungau-based company.
