How long does it take to install a new bathroom? A few weeks, or even a month or two if complications arise. How long should it take? Pagitsch GesmbH believes: 48 hours is perfectly sufficient! This is made possible by the Badbox, the construction company's modular prefabricated bathroom system. The innovation in the sanitary sector passed its first test at the Pagitsch plant in Tamsweg, where a model Badbox was erected for demonstration purposes.
This pilot project already demonstrated the advantages of the Bathroom Box by Pagitsch. The individual bathroom modules can be prefabricated: walls, ceiling, and floor elements. On-site, it's simply a matter of setting them up, installing the necessary components – and they're done. The system's exceptional stability is also evident in Tamsweg, where the Bathroom Box was installed several years ago.
Individual requirements and wishes are also well catered for with the Bathroom Box. The dimensions vary depending on the available space, and the connections are also flexible. Pagitsch experts are happy to assist you during this room planning phase. Then it's your turn: glass, coatings, tiles, and decorative panels – all can be customized to your individual preferences. Only after this initial customization does the individual pre-assembly take place at the Pagitsch factory, where each element undergoes rigorous quality control.
The actual installation takes place on-site – and, as mentioned, takes no longer than two days, as roof modifications or other structural alterations are typically unnecessary.
The Pagitsch bathroom kit includes a shower with shower screen, toilet, washbasin with illuminated mirror, towel rail, and tiling – each available in various selectable finishes – as well as electrical connections and underfloor heating. This prefabricated bathroom system is designed for serial production starting at five units, making it particularly suitable for B2B customers.
The bathroom kit offers significant advantages, especially in the healthcare, education, and tourism sectors. These industries often require the rapid production of large numbers of bathrooms. In the case of the bathroom kit, this is accomplished using specially developed precision machines that not only save time but also eliminate potential sources of error.
But a great deal of Pagitsch expertise is also incorporated into the system. A load-bearing tubular base is just as much a part of the bathroom unit as a mounting frame with adjustable supports, floor panels, impregnated plasterboard for the walls, and insulated metal stud walls. The system is therefore simple, without compromising on quality.
