Gröbming is situated on a hilltop in the Enns Valley in Styria. One of the attractions of this town of 3,000 inhabitants at the foot of the Dachstein massif is the spa park with its small pond, miniature golf course, barefoot path, and the "Cafe am Kurpark" (Spa Park Cafe). A residential complex with 21 units was built right next to this idyllic park in 2018.

Pagitsch GesmbH was involved in several aspects of the new construction project. The facade, roof truss, walls, ceilings, and even the construction of the balconies—all bear the signature of the Lungau-based timber construction specialists. Wood is thus the dominant material not only in the exterior but also in the interior, reinforcing the cozy atmosphere of the residential complex in the spa park.
