PERFECT WORKING ENVIRONMENT THROUGH PARTITION WALLS AND ACOUSTIC CEILINGS

A perfectly designed work environment is crucial for employee well-being. This leads to longer retention and lower recruiting costs. Welser Profile recognized this connection and, together with Pagitsch GesmbH, completed the expansion of its office and production facilities at its Gresten production site in 2021. Welser Profile is an internationally active manufacturer of open special profiles, welded profile tubes, assemblies, and professional systems made of steel and non-ferrous metals. Welser Profile's solutions are used, among other things, in photovoltaic systems and agricultural technology. The company employs around 2,400 people worldwide.

SPACE-DEFINING PARTITION WALLS AND SUSTAINABLE ACOUSTICS

With this project in Lower Austria, Pagitsch underscored its leading role in plastering and drywall construction, as well as its expertise in acoustic ceilings, which are utilized both in the cultural sector (design and renovation of cultural venues) and – as in the case of Welser Profile – in the workplace.

Particularly striking in the Gresten project are the space-defining, rounded partition walls, which, on the one hand, provide the necessary privacy for concentration-intensive tasks, on the other hand, do not cramp the spaces, continue to facilitate employee interaction, and, thanks to their mesh-like design, create a very modern flair.

For the acoustic ceilings, Pagitsch opted for solid wood slats and Heradesign® ceiling design. Heradesign® is a certified and biologically approved system for interior wall and ceiling cladding. At the heart of the brand are single-layer, magnesite-bonded acoustic panels made of wood wool. Several environmental labels attest to the high sustainability standards that Heradesign® meets. This also reflects the approach of the project partners Pagitsch and Welser Profile.

INDIVIDUAL SOLUTIONS FROM CONCERT HALLS TO OFFICES

Through its collaboration with Welser Profile, Pagitsch has proven once again that even large projects can be completed in a short time through precise planning and rapid installation. The implementation of the production facility and office expansion in Gresten took only one month and led to a significant improvement in quality for employees. Pagitsch focuses on individuality, the precise implementation of customer requirements, and effective spatial composition in its acoustic solutions.

In addition to acoustic ceilings, Pagitsch GesmbH also offers the installation of chilled and stretch ceilings. Chilled ceilings from Pagitsch enable considerable energy savings and significant resource conservation. Stretch ceilings are characterized by their particularly quick installation, taking just a few hours, and create a completely new spatial experience while maintaining virtually constant room height. Overall, the ceiling construction with Pagitsch meets three criteria: fast, customized, efficient.
