Pagitsch also offers concrete repair for layer thicknesses of ten millimeters and above. This extensive expertise was demonstrated, among other projects, in 2021 during the expansion of the Welser Profile company premises in Gresten, Lower Austria. The expansion included a brand new meeting center with office space as well as new production halls.

Welser Profile is an internationally active manufacturer of open special profiles, welded profile tubes, assemblies, and professional systems made of steel and non-ferrous metals. Welser Profile's solutions are used in photovoltaic systems and agricultural technology, among other applications. The company employs approximately 2,400 people worldwide. The 4,000-square-meter meeting center serves as a customer hub, a showroom for presenting excerpts from the product portfolio, and an event venue.

As part of this expansion, Pagitsch implemented climate and acoustic optimization of the office spaces. A perfectly designed work environment is crucial for employee well-being.
