Parndorf is a good place for companies and organizations to settle. Less than 50 kilometers from Vienna and 30 kilometers from Schwechat Airport, this small Burgenland village lies at the junction of the A4 and A6 motorways. It also boasts excellent retail infrastructure, including the Parndorf Designer Outlet. A few years ago, the Burgenland Chamber of Commerce also decided to leave its overcrowded premises in the state capital, Eisenstadt, and relocate to Parndorf, complete with Wi-Fi.

An ideal location was quickly found in the newly constructed building of Lager Logistik Parndorf GmbH, but the office building attached to the warehouses had to be extensively adapted for use as a seminar and training center. This is where Pagitsch GesmbH came in...

CLIMATE CEILINGS – A SPECIAL FEATURE FROM PAGITSCH

The task was to equip the building extensively with acoustic climate ceilings, and this was implemented in 2022. Pagitsch opted for perforated panels, a proven system in which small holes in the ceiling absorb sound. This is important for creating pleasant room acoustics, but also to prevent "noise exchange" between neighboring rooms.

But Pagitsch doesn't stop there; its CLIMATE ceiling also ensures an optimal indoor climate. In every season, because the CLIMATE ceiling is a heating and cooling ceiling in one. The use of perforated panels also offers a wide range of design possibilities. This unique innovation in drywall construction is primarily aimed at highly sensitive buildings: hospitals, doctor's offices, restaurants and hotels, and even educational institutions.

PROFOUND TRAINING AND CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR A FLOURISHING REGION

The WIFI Parndorf and the regional office of the Chamber of Commerce have now settled in perfectly and have implemented a range of services and training programs that meet the needs of an economically flourishing region. Examples include training as a kindergarten assistant (North Burgenland is characterized by a steady influx of new residents) and the Bachelor Professional degree in Applied Business Management. Due to the location at Lager Logistik Parndorf GmbH, a training focus in warehouse logistics also became available.
