Kinderland Pagitsch again "Healthy Kindergarden"

For the third time, the Kinderland Pagitsch was awarded the "Healthy Kindergarden" certificate by AVOS. The focus is on the implementation of a wide range of measures in the areas of exercise, nutrition, material environment and security, life skills (mental and social health) and workplace health promotion (teacher health). With the holistic, natural educational concept, that is practiced in the Pagitsch children´s area with the NatURSPIELplatz, a healthy lifestyle, both in terms of nutrition and in the learning and exercise environment, is a cornerstone of the care philosophy. The unique NatURSPIELplatz enables the children to learn and experience in a playful way close to nature and , above all, to treat animals an nature carefully, such as when independently planting and harvesting vegetables in the raised beds and the greenhouse, when feeding the sheep and raising small chicks towards the full-grown chicken.

The Pagitsch Kinderland can now call itself a "Healthy Kindergarden" for another two years and is proud of the recognition it has recieved with this seal of approval.
